How to order from Power Inspired
To place an order online, please follow the simple steps as detailed below:
- To buy any given product or service featured on the Power Inspired website click on the 'Add to Cart' icon.
- You can add multiple product lines to your basket, amend quantities or remove product lines altogether at any time. Remember to click 'Update' after any changes
- To checkout, click the 'Checkout' button in your shopping basket, or 'Continue Shopping' if you want to add more items.
- Returning customers will firstly be asked to log in now. New customers should choose the 'New Customers' option. Please follow the online instructions for opening a new account.
- Once logged in/opened a new account, you can proceed to the checkout where your order will be summarized in full.
- Here you can determine the delivery address you require, choose a delivery service, determine your payment details and add a friendly reference to your order. Delivery charges are detailed in full.
- If you need to change any elements of your order, you can do so.
- Once you are happy with all of the details, and you wish to proceed, click the 'place order' button. IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you click this button your order will be placed. Please do not proceed unless you are sure you wish to place your order.
- You will be directed to the SagePay payment page which will take your payment details.
- If you are a member of a payment security scheme (Verified by Visa or MasterCard Securecode) you will now be asked for your special password.
- Your order is now placed. Please review your order confirmation and make a note of your order number for future reference.
- You can view your orders via the 'My Account' section of the website.
- Power Inspired will send you an order acknowledgement via email. If you paid by credit/debit card you will also receive email confirmation from SagePay. This order acknowledgement does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will not be accepted until we take payment at the point of despatch.
When will my order be delivered?
Products that are held in stock will normally be despatched on a next working day basis provided the order is received before noon. We will endeavour to ship out items for orders received after this point but this is not always possible.
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and there may be 1-2 days extra processing delay because of this.
Items with a lead time are indicated on the product information page and on the checkout page and you will be provided with the estimated delivery date then.
Can I change my order?
It is not possible to amend the order information on the Power Inspired website once submitted. Either place another order, or call us to request an addition and we can process your credit card by telephone.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order prior to the goods being despatched. Once the goods have been despatched you must return the goods to us. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
If the order is cancelled your credit card will not be charged, and the Authenticate on your credit card cancelled. Please be aware that the value of the order may still be held against your credit card for several days.
