We have provided an administration service (My account) where you can review your personal information at any time to ensure it is correct and current. You may also change your choice of opting in or out of marketing and promotional activities, although you may continue to receive mailings for a short period while your change is being processed. Out of stock items on Power Inspired
We want you to be able to find out about our products at all times, even if they are out of stock. On the occasion that a product is showing on our website as 'none in stock', you'll still be able to read about it on our website. Should you decide to order a 'none in stock' item, we will do our utmost to source goods to fulfil your order in the shortest possible time. In most cases, the turn around time to fulfil a 'none in stock' order is 3-5 days, though please be aware this can sometimes be longer if goods are hard to source or 'in constraint'.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to our Delivery section. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, or course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.
Cancellation right
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Product Guarantee – Products & Accessories
All of our products are guaranteed for at least 1 year unless otherwise stated, (excludes software and technology accessories). Please retain your order despatch note which is proof of purchase and will validate the data from which your guarantee will start. It is essential to keep this document to preserve the guarantee. Please also retain the original packaging in case you need to return the product.
In the unlikely event of a fault, please use our RMA Request form . After 28 days and for the remainder of your guarantee period, we will arrange for the product to be repaired. Should a repair not be possible, we will exchange the product for a new one or the nearest equivalent. In the unlikely event of being unable to exchange we will offer a full refund.
This guarantee is only valid within the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and/or Channel Islands. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, not following the instructions and normal wear and tear.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on UPS products once opened unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Power Inspired or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Power Inspired reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. Customers are responsible for checking with the local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. Power Inspired cannot offer any assistance in this process.
Payment - Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Power Inspired products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Use of this website from outside the UK
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting Power Inspired's products and services available in the UK. However Power Inspired may accept orders for delivery to locations outside of the UK subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Those who choose to access this site from locations outside the UK or place orders for delivery to locations outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
After Delivery
Your product is supported by a Power Inspired guarantee.
Operate it according to the instructions and it’ll give you good service. If you have any issues, we have a customer help team who can be contacted by email.

Power Inspired Warranty
All Power Inspired products come with a 12 month warranty as minimum. Should you need to return Power Inspired products to us, or indeed any other manufacturer's products purchased from the Power Inspired, please review our returns policy for information on how to do this. If goods are faulty within their warranty period and are replaced, then the warranty of the replacement product dates from the invoice date of the original purchase.
Changes to Services
Power Inspired reserves the right at any time and from time to time, to modify, edit, delete, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part of it) and/or the information, materials, products and/or services (or any part of them) available through the Site with or without notice. This will not affect any order which has already been accepted by us.

Prevention of Fraud
To help us prevent fraud, please be aware that we may make searches about you at credit reference agencies for the purpose of verifying your identity. These agencies will supply us with information, including information from the Electoral Register. The fact that we have requested an identity check is recorded by these agencies, though be assured that the searches will not be seen, or used by lenders to assess your ability to obtain credit.
Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
