Do your prices include VAT?

Prices on this site are defaulted to showing prices excluding VAT.

You will be charged VAT at the current rate of 17.5% on both product and delivery costs.

If the goods are to be exported outside of the EU no VAT is payable if we ship the goods directly out of the country. You must contact us first to arrange this.

If you are a VAT registered company in an EU member state outside of the UK, VAT will appear on the final checkout notice but will not be charged to your credit card provided you let us know in the order comments.

If we have charged you VAT where you are not eligible to pay VAT you must contact our customer services department giving your Company name, address, VAT Number, and the order to which the VAT reclaim refers to claim a refund.

We can provide you with a VAT invoice for your transaction by email or by post. To request a VAT receipt please email us detailing the order to which the VAT request relates.
