How to cancel your order
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 offers the following cancellation rights
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, the product serial number, your phone number and email address.
By email: email@example.com or call 01869 814055. Please do not return your unit without contacting us first as you will need an RMA number to ensure your delivery is accepted.

You will be emailed a VAT receipt in pdf format within 24 hours of the goods leaving our warehouse.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, please see our policy on Cancellation.
If your item does not work please see our returns procedure. Please note that we will not bear the cost of returning the products, unless the unit is faulty out of the box. Please see Dead On Arrival Goods. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We'll update your order details with a tracking number if applicable when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You may also receive an email from our couriers giving an estimated delivery schedule. If you have provided us with a mobile number, you may also receive a text message. If the delivery date and time is not suitable, you can reply to rearrange.
