Dual Battery Service

Send your old unit back to us and we’ll inspect, test (including a PAT Test), replace the internal batteries, and send it back to you in tip top shape.

Batteries will be exchanged with 2x12V 9Ah blocks, and your old batteries recycled responsibly.

Suitable for Power Inspired VIX and VIS series products of 1&2 KVA capacity.

NOTES:

1. 1. We will contact you with an RMA reference with details on how to return your unit to us.
   2. The price does not include the cost of sending the unit to us.
   3. You are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged.
   4. If your unit has a fault and is beyond economic repair then you will not be charged for the service, although a return fee may be incurred if you wish us to return the unit to you.
